Could be stuck in the job, a relationship, stuck on a project with no clear path through? Susan Stageman, a master practitioner in NLP, taught me the steps to help someone get unstuck. Discuss the issue with them. Then state, “It sounds like or looks like you are confused about (name what it is.)” Ask them, “What part of (it, the problem the situation) are you clear on?” Then ask, “ What is confusing about (it)?” Ask them “ What is missing?” or, “What parts are missing
