Susan B. Shapiro, MS, PCC, launched Onpoint Leadership in 2006 after a global sales and marketing career at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. She provides executive leadership coaching to organizations that believe that people are their greatest asset. Susan brings insight into leaders’ communications, alignment, emotional intelligence, and relationship building, resulting in better collaboration and innovative, sustainable results.
As Hewlett Packard Enterprise Partnership Director, Susan led teams who created and delivered enterprise solutions to the market with Accenture, PWC, Oracle, and SAP. She ran global program marketing and sales through ten regional teams. Her reputation as a line leader proves very resourceful for her client leaders.
Susan provides coaching services to executives in many areas: operations, finance, manufacturing, research, engineering, marketing, sales, and information technology across all industries. Clients value her straightforward approach and assistance in gaining new perspectives. She has an MS in Management and Administrative Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. She graduated with distinction and earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her undergraduate degree is in Marketing and Economics from Hofstra University in New York.

He founded and was CEO of Alliance Systems, a self-funded technology company that grew to $125 million and was later acquired by a public company. He was CEO of Texas Institute, an energy technology research institute establishing a consortium of six universities, multiple city governments, and numerous state agencies that helped Texas become the world leader in renewable electrical power.
As a leader and mentor for the University of Texas at Dallas Venture Development Center, he assisted in raising more than $120 million in funding, and the Incubator launched more than 100 businesses. His role as Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Colorado gives him access to the latest scientific research, exceptional talent pools, and the newest innovation and entrepreneurship techniques.
Jon is a three-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and is a graduate of Hofstra University.
