With over 20 years’ experience in the coaching arena, her company was interviewed by The Wall Street Journal when executive coaching first emerged as an industry. This resulted in a front-page article in their publication.
A prolific and conversational writer, she is a respected resource for a number of other national publications, including the Washington Post, Dallas Morning News, Dallas Business Journal and Success Magazine. She recently served as Publisher of Women’s Enterprise national news magazine and was a monthly contributorfor ten years to Southwest Airlines Spirit Magazine.
Using her engaging style and passion for people, she inspires leaders to summon their full potential by developing their people skills. Her point of view is that before you can take your company to the next level, you have to take people to the next level. “Companies improve when people improve!” This happens when self-awareness is raised regarding the power of having a strong personal brand that reflects your leadership presence.

With her generous spirit, Valerie consistently serves her community. Recently, Valerie has held board positions on the International Coach Federation, Executive Women of Dallas, Leadership America and is active in the Dallas Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Dallas. She is the first to volunteer for non-profit activities such as the Food Bank and YWCA.
When not working, Valerie enjoys cooking for friends and family, reading espionage books and staying current on business trends.
