Rhonda Moncibais, PCC, is an executive and professional coach, who brings her belief in the potential of others and her extensive background in the field of workplace learning and development to her current role in leadership development and executive coaching. She focuses on leadership development consulting and executive coaching.
Rhonda focuses on helping teams and leaders move forward with their goals and with discovering their potential and readiness. In her practice, she provides coaching to all levels of management, helping them anchor priorities and skills in working through the complexities of corporate environments.
She believes strongly in the philosophy: “Together, we can create masterpieces everyday.”
She is qualified/certified in various areas of Human Performance assessment tools. Her 20+ years of business as well as her team leadership experience have made her services engaging to her clientele. As a woman-owned, small business entrepreneur, she has consulted with and supported clients in a broad spectrum of industries.
Rhonda holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She also holds an M.S. in Administration and Management (Organizational Behavior focus) from the University of Texas at Dallas as well as a Graduate Certification in Executive and Professional Coaching. She is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Rhonda offers coaching programs and workplace learning services keyed to the needs of clients — from coaching to consulting to seminars and speaking engagements. She lives in the Dallas area with her husband and pups that entertain every night and day.
