Kelly is also certified in cultural assessment and follow-up planning. Her coaching is focused on taking profitability to the next level by first engaging and connecting business development professionals to internal marketing teams and strategic product or service positioning. Her experience has shown that maximum ROI only occurs after alignment and engagement with the overall company strategy and leadership is achieved.
Kelly is also an adjunct speaker at the University of Texas at Dallas within their executive coaching program practitioner’s series. Since 1990 she has mentored and developed hundreds of sales professionals, managers, and marketing leadership teams. Kelly has also won numerous prestigious sales awards and sales training recognition.
Kelly’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Education and Life Sciences and a Masters from the University of Texas at Dallas in Management and Organizational behavior.
With her energetic spirit, Kelly consistently moves the ball forward personally as well. Recently, Kelly has been active in her hometown Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Athletes, and Wounded Warrior.
When not working, Kelly is an accomplished Ironman triathlete and enjoys all outdoor sports and yoga.
