Jill Miller Perrin, MBA, ACC is a successful Executive Coach, Senior Level Business Executive, Start Up Leader, Solopreneur and published writer.
Her mission as an Executive Coach is to be an actively engaged partner & guide for Clients as they identify, explore and step into growth activities that will bring them increased self-awareness, success, vitality and satisfaction.
As a coach she capitalizes on experience gleaned from her 15+ years with F100 companies in Marketing and Senior Management roles, 12+ years in a successful start-up, and formal training as an Executive Coach. Jill is the founder and principal of Unlocked Leadership, an Executive Coaching practice.
Jill earned her Certificate in Coachingfrom Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.She is Myers Briggs certified and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her clients include Senior Executives and High Potential Managers in Global For Profit, Not for Profit, and Military Organizations. She has served clients who operate in the domains of Artificial Intelligence, Health Care, Securities, CPG, Education, Industrial Materials, Public Relations, Banking, Government, Global Policy-Making (Think Tank) and the Military.
She spent 12 years and helped launch the successful startup Business Talent Group,a leader in the Global On-Demand Talent Market-place. She served on the Executive Committee & held leadership roles ranging from SVP, Client Services to SVP, Talent Development, to Chief Talent Advisor. Each role called upon her skills as leader, coach, culture champion, manager, mentor, trainer and people developer. She spearheaded several initiatives around Culture Formation/Transformation and Best Practices around working both remotely & part-time as a Senior Leader and / or Consultant. She has spoken at Harvard, Wharton and University of Michigan on topics related to succeeding as a Sr. Level Free-Lance professional.
Ms. Perrin served for 15 years as an executive in F100 companies focusing on Brand Management, Direct Marketing, & General Management. She served as President of a $100MM Direct Marketing business with General Electric for 6 years. She was nominated for and attended GE’s month-long Management Development Program targeted to ‘high potential rising managers. Too, she held leadership positions at American Express & General Foods.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School & an undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University. She is Six Sigma certified.
She serves as an advisor to Reboot Career Accelerators,a national organization which offers a suite of programs to get women current, connected, and confident to return to the workforce or pursue new goals.
Jill volunteers as a Mentor for women in the workplace with 4Word, serves on the Board of Directors for the Harvard Business School Club (Dallas/Ft. Worth), and serves as a tutor for children behind grade vis a vis reading skills in the Dallas Public School system.
