Anna Tansi, specializes in facilitating strategic planning, building leadership capability, and improving organizational effectiveness throughout systems. Anna has coached and consulted with senior executives and leadership teams in a wide range of industries including financial services, technology, health care, not-for-profit, and manufacturing. Her talent lies in the ability to help leaders create clear and compelling visions and strategic business plans, with a strong culture of accountability and execution. She aligns the leadership team and workforce with each other and the business direction to achieve sustainable business results.
Anna has the unique ability to help leaders ensure key business issues become the centerpiece of developing their teams. She is known for creating a safe environment when working in tough business conditions and challenging interpersonal dynamics. Anna also works with cross-sections of the workforce to jointly craft high-engagement employee workshops to examine, revitalize and shape the culture in support of a new business direction.
Experience: Prior to starting her own business, Anna served as VP of Human Resources and Executive Leadership Program Manager at Aetna, as well as Director of Leadership and Organization Development at Cigna.

In addition to spending time with her family and working with clients, Anna serves as the director of Heads Up! Hartford, a not-for-profit urban/suburban youth service camp dedicated to building bridges across differences while developing leadership capabilities in teenagers.
