Is conducted in person or via teleconference, usually over a six month period. This method supports teams in gaining knowledge, applying skills and developing new habits and behaviors. We may start with a baseline team assessment such as the Korn Ferry -Lominger for Teams, or the NASA 4-D systems approach for teams. This will identify the goals the team needs to work on.
Teams who benefit from team coaching are going through significant challenges, new leadership or changes which require new thinking and learning in order to be successful. There is a need to unify around goals. Cross- functional teams benefit from learning clear processes to follow for better work flow and rules of engagement. Trust and collaboration are built and those teams move on to producing significant improvement in results.
Executive Team Facilitation
Is done in person and is targeted at executive, senior, and mid-level managers. It is useful for strategic planning, offsite problem solving, quarterly updates and solution creation. This allows the leader to participate fully in the meeting and feel confident that outcomes and deliverables will be met with an objective third party, skilled facilitator keeping the group on track. The facilitator will use group coaching skills and competencies to maximize the learning through the experience.
