Erika received a B.A in Business Administration with a second major in Mass Communication, as well as, a minor in Communications Management from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas followed by a Master of Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching also from the University of Texas at Dallas. She received her professional coaching certification and is currently finalizing her global credentials through the International Coach Federation. Her education combined with her experience help Erika bring a complete business, leadership and employee level perspective to her consulting and coaching clients.

Tom Donaldson, ACC, is a leadership and team effectiveness coach with 26 years in the computer software industry, including 23 years at Microsoft leading teams of highly skilled engineers in the commercial technical support division. Tom also has the unique perspective of 15 years in full-time ministry focused on the university campus and the single adult community in the local church.
Tom works with managers and technical leaders to develop trust and transparency that leads to clarity, growth and achievement. He helps clients sharpen self-awareness of values, skills, and personal strengths, leading to more effective networking and collaboration. Tom also works with ministry and other non-profit leaders to develop effective leadership and collaboration within teams.
Tom holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of North Texas and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2011, he earned the Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, and received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
Tom is also completing the Coaching for Ministry certification from Coaching4Clergy. Tom has served two years on the board of the ICF North Texas Chapter, is a past president of the Plano Civic Chorus board, and provides coaching services for City House in Plano.

Anne Choquette, MS, PCC, works with Onpoint as 4-D Systems Coach for leaders and their teams. In March 2009, she was invited to join Dr. Charles Pellerin, author of “How NASA Builds Teams” to join his team of 4-D certified coaches to service NASA talent pool. A French speaker, she is specialized in leadership development for leaders and their teams. Her coaching career is a result of intensive coaching and leadership training inspired by 15 years of management in various industries including 9 years as general manager of two high tech firms. This experience allows Anne to maintain abreast with the coaching trends and techniques as well as reconnect with her initial profession, teaching.
